Worked here a few years back. Behind the scenes it's a mess. There are rats everywhere and termites in the horse food bags. The customers are being told that the bunnies are 3 months old when it's closer to 2 weeks so they won't get scared because of their size (trust me, they will grow). I added a star for the plant department which is fine.

Yesterday I went to Zaandam's store to buy a hamster, I was refused to make the purchase by Mrs. Marielle, she says that I can't join 2 animals of the same species because they are going to kill each other, I asked where this law is written, she turned her back and left because she said,i was eating!!!in ignorance of my question. She is a person with no respect and no education,I'm not a liar and I even told her at the end that I had 2 cages, even so she didn't know how to be humble and accept, what a say, rude person no education

Large choice of different plants and flowers for indoor or outdoor

Really wide range of plants with different prices, a lot of affordable plants and some more expensive. Everything that we could need for gardens/balconies, decoration. The pet section is big for cats and dogs, way smaller for birds or rodents. The rodent section doesn't have much.

Lovely garden centre with small restaurant and cozy indoor play area for the kids.

This is great place to find plants and pet stuff. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive either. They also have a small "shop inside" where you can find veggies and organic products.

This place has a wide varity of stuff for pets and garden. There are bigger garden centers than this one however. But its ideal for petowners. There is also a veterinarian fkr cats and dogs in the building

They have renewed the place meanwhile I changed vet more because one of them needs special care and I moved so have a vet closer by still by food there and do the injections. Besides that everything you need for the house and garden and now new is land market with wine cheese juices all more organic. Its still a nice place to visit.

I liked their plants collection and the people who work here are cooperative and patient enough to hear out your needs and queries.

The vet is really nice and professional and treats animals with respect, the woman at the reception, on the other hand, was quite lost and made several mistakes in the process of registering chips. She's nice though. The prices for vet treatments are really cheap so it's very appreciated. The employees of the store are completely unprofessional and don't know their products and don't seem to want to help at all .... Will keep going to the vet but will order my stuffs online !

Good selection of outdoor plants. Great for indoor plants. Also got all your pet needs and even a vet that is open on weekends.

I decided to bring my two cats here because it was the vet with the most reviews in Zaandam. Well, what a disappointment. First, I had multiple issues with receiving the invoice, which I needed for the insurance. I had to call 6 times if I remember correctly and they kept sending me the entire file and no invoice. Wow... Then I had to take my kitten for a vaccination and needed to schedule the appointment within 3 weeks because it was a booster. A VERY unfriendly lady told me on the phone that it's only possible to schedule it within 2 months or so, which is crazy. I said that I can basically come anytime, but she was very rude about the fact that there are no spots. I asked if we can make this an emergency appointment because it only takes 10 minutes and I cannot start the entire vaccination process again and the lady said "It's not an emergency because the cat is not dying". What kind of attitude is this?
