We
had
a
really
bad
experience
at
this
restaurant
with
a
group
of
10
people
spread
across
two
tables.
While
we
got
our
drinks
quickly,
everything
went
downhill
from
there.
After
we
placed
our
orders,
the
food
arrived
for
the
first
table
in
just
five
minutes,
but
the
second
table
was
left
waiting
and
waiting.
We
asked
three
times
where
their
food
was,
and
twice
we
were
told
it
would
come
soon.
But
on
the
third
inquiry,
they
said
there
was
a
system
error
causing
the
delay.
When
we
decided
to
leave
because
of
a
long
waiting,
they
still
charged
us
for
the
food,
even
though
we
had
explicitly
spoken
with
the
staff,
and
they
had
accepted
our
decision
to
forgo
the
remaining
orders.
It
took
over
an
hour
for
the
food
to
finally
arrive,
which
was
completely
unacceptable.
While
we
understand
that
a
certain
amount
of
waiting
time
is
normal,
it
was
the
way
they
handled
the
situation
that
was
not
okay.
The
lack
of
communication
and
the
failure
to
acknowledge
our
frustration
with
the
lengthy
wait
were
disappointing.
Overall,
the
service
at
this
restaurant
was
terrible.
They
didn't
communicate
well,
kept
delaying
the
food,
and
even
charged
us
for
meals
we
had
explicitly
decided
to
skip,
with
the
acceptance
of
the
service
personnel.
They
clearly
didn't
care
about
satisfying
their
customers.

food
was
ok
