Incredibly slow service although the place was half empty. We waited 25 mins just for the drinks to arrive, well over an hour for pizza. The food was indifferent and very overpriced. Limited menu. I would certainly not recommend bringing hungry kids here - you'll be waiting ages for very underwhelming food.

The restaurant it self looked very nicely, it was decorated in a unique way. However the food was not it. We had to wait over an hour until we got our reservation, and the food wasn't for our taste. The waiters were nice but no more than it. For conclusion it was not good tasted and we won't come back.

The worst meal we have ever eaten and a bad start to our holiday. Kids left in tears after waiting for 2 hours for a pizza. The quality of what we were served for the price was so awful. Do not recommend at all.

Have never in my life waited so long for food, let alone a mediocre Pizza. Could have driven 40km to Amsterdam, bought a take away and brought it back quicker. Loads of staff but no interest, urgency or care.

The restaurant makes a good effort creating an Italian local atmosphere, and the staff are kind and hard working. As others here have said, the pasta carbonara is pretty awful. The pizzas are ok, the carpaccio is mediocre. Best to stick to the pizzas and avoid the rest of the menu.

Service was great. Drinks served fast. Starters served fast, main course served right after starters were done. Pizza was great, they served the spaghetti bolognaise's pasta and sauce separate from one another by request (for our toddler). The spaghetti carbonara wasn't that great but passable. All in all, would return but pick something else from the menu.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant located within the wonderful countryside resort. While I was excited to indulge in a delicious meal, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. It is with regret that I must share my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was captivated by the charming ambiance that the resort is renowned for. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned as I sampled the dishes on the menu. The food simply did not meet the standards one would expect from a resort of this caliber. It is evident that the attention to detail and the dedication to culinary excellence were lacking. The flavors of the dishes were disappointingly bland and lacked the complexity that one would anticipate from a reputable restaurant. Each dish I sampled appeared to be hastily prepared, and it was evident that the quality of the ingredients used was subpar. The presentation of the food also left much to be desired, lacking the finesse and artistry that often accompany dishes at such establishments. Moreover, the service I received did not match the level of service I have come to associate with this resort. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing a memorable dining experience. My inquiries about the menu were met with vague responses, and it was clear that the staff lacked a deep understanding of the dishes they were serving. It is especially disheartening that the restaurant's offerings fall short of the resort's overall reputation. Given the exceptional surroundings and the reputation of the resort, I expected the restaurant to uphold the same level of excellence. Unfortunately, my visit left me questioning whether the restaurant truly aligns with the resort's high standards. In conclusion, my dining experience at the restaurant was far from the delightful culinary journey I had anticipated. The lackluster flavors, subpar ingredients, and indifferent service all contributed to a disappointing visit. It is my hope that the management will take these concerns seriously and work towards restoring the reputation of the restaurant to match the splendor of the resort itself.

Pre-booked and arrived on time. Took two hours to serve us. Had to remind them that we hadn’t been served. Food uninspiring, mediocre at best. No time for dessert. Manager unconcerned when issues were raised. Staff couldn’t be bothered. Don’t waste your money here!

Overpriced and probably the worse service I have met in a long while. The food was so bad we didn't even bother to send it back. We just left it there, paid the check and went to our room to make ourselves a decent pasta... Save your money and cook or go somewhere else...
