Только что звонила в клинику, хотела записаться на УЗИ. В течении трёх минут у стойки разговаривали с каким то "любимым и милым", что мне было крайне не интересно. В итоге на мое замечание сказала" как могу, так работаю" фамилию и имя назвать отказалась. На УЗИ не записала. Нахамила и отключилась.

На входе перед дверью лёд! Ресепшен грубит и не выполняет свою прямую работу, как оказалось нужно за очередью самим следить! Не принимают в назначенное время! Приезжаешь к своему времени, но ещё час просидишь в очереди! За что платим то???

Записались за 2 недели заранее с 2-мя маленькими детьми на прием к неврологу. Приехали на 5 минут раньше. За нами зашла женщина с ребенком (видимо знакомая администратора) и отвела их к неврологу в наше время. В итоге мы были вынуждены с детьми ждать еще 25 минут. На вопрос у администратору почему так делает - просто молчание.

Консультант на ресепшене не компетентна, узнавали про анализ, сказали привезти в определенное время биоматериал. В итоге оказалось что консультацию провели не верно, и надо привозить в другой день🤬 остались очень злыми, т.к специально брали выходной на работе!

Врач УЗИ поставил диагноз неправильный, пять дней на нервах и в слезах, опухоль не шутка, после посещения онкологии в Казани успокоилась, никакой опухоли нет, очень жаль что здесь сидят не профессиональнын врачи УЗИ , не рекомендую посещать, просто забор денег.

Отвратительное место ! Сюда больше ни ногой! Врачи умудряются ставить неправильные диагнозы по узи ! Никому не советую ! После них ещё и лечится приходится !!!!

Ужасное и долгое обслуживание.😡. Персонал на ресепшене не соответствует своей должности. Такое ощущение, что их просто набрали с улицы. Из-за ошибки оформляющего специалиста (если так можно назвать), ребёнку пришлось сдать дважды кровь из вены.

We took the child to the pediatrician, she listened to us and looked at us, and they immediately took blood for us in the laboratory. The pediatrician is a very competent specialist. They prescribed the system, I was very worried about how my child would behave during the procedure. But the nice nurses and doctor quickly found an approach to the child. After 3 days we were already running and playing. Thank you very much.

It is very convenient that there is a clinic in Zelenodolsk where you can get test results in a couple of hours. In the morning I called the pediatrician and ordered tests... Passed into the world of health and received results in 2 hours The child did not even feel that his blood was taken. Clearly, promptly. Thank you.
