BED BUGS!! I have never seen a hostel as dirty as them. They didn't clean the dorm room during my five nights stay. And they just make bed without sheet change after guest check out. I told manager I got bed bugs bite but he didn't care at all. It means they won't do something to solve bed bug problem. Btw, a old man smoke in our dorm room dozen times per day. We tried to talk many times but still in vain. Good luck if you still want to stay with them. Please trust me, you deserve much better.

I recommend don't ever book this hotel. The owner is fraud and I booked with family but the hotel was closed. It opens only 4 hours a day. And the room was too cold. There was no hot water in the bathroom. I was with my kids and this hotel spoiled my holidays. I travelled almost 10 countries but It is my first bad experience and night mare.

Perfect location, fantastic roof terrace, everyone was super friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot! I came in early to leave my bag which wasn't a problem at all. Stayed in dorm with two bunk beds which was fine. There's Airport shuttle available at set times during the day - 7 euro to Ataturk. I used public transport which is brilliant in Istanbul. Couple supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. breakfast is bit boring but will keep you going. Place is safe and not to noisy. Overall very good place to stay!

Best welcome, the guy at the front desk is great. Internet, air conditioning are great. Everything is clean, cheap price. Hostel Nobel is located in the heart of Istanbul. I recommend.

They hv some rooms with sharing washrooms, they are not clean nor they clean them regularly, there are no amenities nor they understand basic questions. Breakfast os just bread and cheese or jam etc. They dont clean rooms on daily basis. The only benefit is location to blue mosque etc n metros. So check on that before Finalizing.

Super dirty and noisy. The room was not the one booked and the rating was fake (9.1/10 at the time of booking on Hostelworld and mysteriously 7.1/10 right after the booking). The only good point is the location in the old city

This is one of the dirtiest place I have come across. Stayed there for 3 days and the room was not cleaned for all the three days. The bathroom faucet is leaking. I was alloted a dorm bed just outside the bathroom and the hostel staff always insisted that I close the room always. The room was already stinking and by keeping the door closed, the stink even worsened. There is an aircon (A/c) which is there as a show piece, maybe just to show that they do have this facility. The aircon was never switched on inspite of requesting the staff several times - they just would not put it on. As if this was not enough, the charges are very high. What would cost 200 TL in the nearby hostel that provided much hygenic facilities, this hostel charged 300 TL per night. I would never recommend this hostel. Worst place. Shame on the staff.

To start big thanks to Karim and Samira for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel is well located with a awesome rooftop view. I recommend highly for couples who are willing to visit and discover the city cause everything is nearby ! Hope to see you soon Karim and samira ✌️

Unhygienic. We left immediately and haven't spent a single night there, although we booked 5 days. They refused to refund any of the payed amount.

Do you ever had that feeling when you come home and you were so tired and exhausted and when you enter the door, there is someone waiting for you and maked you feel relax and your tiredness gone because of that warm welcome. That's how I feel when I check in. Sana is just so natural and its like a friend and it makes you feel safe. Those are my two main check points warm welcome and safety. The place is just good for the price I paid. My room is ready when I arrived 30 minutes early. Plus the area itself are full of places to see and visit.

Beautiful hostel location all so close to me. The host is great and wants to help you. Great accommodation for little money. I will return again to the Nobel Hostel.

First of all, I’d like to thank you guys for allowing me to check in early. The hotel has everything I needed. It’s super near Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. A lot of food choices around the hostel. The rooftop has a good view of the grand mosque.

Booked for 2 nights. Excellent location, very good room within the price. Its in the heart of the main attractions of the town. The reception was so warm.

Location is good, but room condition is not good, bathroom is not useable at all, no hand shower, no utensils, no Tv. Pls take care of this.

Clean and nice but they charge 10TL for a Cai which is free or 3 TL at almost all hostels. A beer was sold here at 50 TL. Except for that a free bf was included and was just 5 min walk to the blue mosque. Many con men on the streets day and night as it is touristy there. ATM machines are about 1 k away!!!

An exceptional experience! Nobel hostel is clean, cheap and super centrally located. Just a 2 minute walk from many restaurants and supermarkets and the two big mosques, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The real highlight is the owner Karim: overly kind, always jolly and extremely helpful. He managed to get my PCR test for the airport, I couldn’t have done it without him. It feels like having a home in Istanbul I can always go back to!

Amazing rooftop view!!!! Host was the most sweetest most kindest host! Free breakfast everyday! Clean and cosy rooms! Thank you Kerim for your hospitality, you made us feel at home! I will make sure I come back next time I’m in Istanbul!! I travel a lot and I stayed at many places but this was by far my favorite! I highly suggest this hostel!

Very good located, beautiful view in the terrace, where you can enjoy a beer after your day tour just in front of the sea. Staffs very friendly, like Samira, who was always ready to make us to feel as comfortable as it is possible.

Amazing place for single travelers.... great location right in the center. Won’t recommend much for family with kids. The staff is amazing ready to help you in all possible manner. We had kept our luggage for 3-4 days they really cared for the guest and want them to feel comfortable. Great value for money. Decent breakfast,clean rooms.

Owner refused to allow me in, despite having a booking through Hostelworld, because he wanted more money. He didn't say how much more, so at 11:30pm I was told to find another place to stay that night and try and organise a refund. Appears that I'm not the only one who has been the target of this attempted scam; the supposed 24 hour reception doesn't exist, and for me at least, neither did my bed, but he has taken my money.
