I stayed with them for 7 nights, I booked through another platform. polite staff. clean rooms. the area is not very clean but the people are very kind. unfortunately, it is positioned low, very close to the sea, and every day, no matter what road you take, you have a long way to go up the hill. it is quite far from the subway, (1.6 km) buses or trams. but in Istanbul you walk a lot, you go up and down the streets a lot. you can walk to the blue mosque in 20 minutes, there are many restaurants and shops in the area. the internet works very well. in the rooms you have everything you need. in one of the rooms the window was bricked up. the other room was on the street and in the morning there was quite a lot of noise. the light bulb in the room was very dimly lit. they changed the bed linen and towels and vacuumed every 3 days. the water in the bathroom sink had no pressure, in the shower it was very good. they gave us what we asked for, the rest we bought. the street is narrow and it was a problem with the car both when we came and when we left to be able to stop for 10 minutes to unload/load the luggage on the run. I found parking a few streets away, but it was safe there. they had AC in every room and a tv in one room.

The room is nice and clean to stay , good for solo traveler / remote work for long stay , with speed wifi and have a very proper table for use laptop , even can cook if you need. Night time have neighbor kids play outside loudly sometimes , if someone who want to stay quiet just notice this issue. It is not like hotel with lobby and services , but similar to studio apartment , good for stay long term. Over all i recommended here to stay :)

My family had a very pleasant stay in the comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. İt was clean with new decor and furniture. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and could see the sea from a bedroom window. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Bed sheets were not clean in any of the rooms they switched our room and those sheets were even dirtier than the previous ones and they said that they had been washed but just couldn't get the stains out (in that case you would just buy new sheets) they eventually gave us brand new sheets. The towels in the bathroom were also dirty. The shower drain had hair in it. There was no auto lock on the door with a key card you had to have an actual key and no security lock. The bathroom was so small you almost couldn't turn around same with the shower. The rooms themselves were not a bad size for the king bed but the queen room was pretty small. If it was more updated and clean I don't think it would be a bad place to stay. The night shift people were kind I think that American vs. Turkish hotels in this part of town standards are just different in general
