Found by chance, plenty of vegetarian traditional Turkish meal and desserts. Walk up to the food counter and order (point) as main or side. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend.

This is one of my favourites. You can order food your eyes closed for a guaranteed best quality of home made food. It is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Despite a good number of local restaurants and the walking distance from home, I come here every time I fancy good home made meals. Thank you to all. A practical self-service restaurant serving home style dishes, appetizers, and deserts. Great value. Nice alternative to kebab/doner places when you want a more home like meal.Staff kind and helpful. The place was full at lunch time. They serve free tea and bread.

A very calm environment,customers are calm as well as the staff. The food choices change everyday but are generally similar. There are cold food options as well as hot. They are homemade style foods. There is something for everyone,every taste. Plain foods as well as strong flavourful saucy dishes. There are always vegetarian options like lentils and bean dishes. Side salads. Even puddings for after. Drinks. We eat from there when I can't cook for my family. Usually once a week. For children they have a shelf unit full of toys to keep them busy if they are bored which really helps.
