The food arrived extremely late and was not warm. The staff were also unfriendly.

**Highly recommended** This is a must try restaurant, we came here for our dinner. We have tried beef in white sauce and mashrooms and chicken tavuk. Both were really good and portions were quite good. One adult can be filled easily with one portion. Prices were also good we have paid 50TL for beef portion and 40 for chicken. Location was also good, we can sit and enjoy the view of road outside.

In my opinion, there is no serious problem with the taste of the dishes I have ordered so far. However, there is still some room for improvement specially in the salad they put beside the main dish. It is plain and prepared in a not-wholly-delicate manner. But the main issue is that it is extremely and maddeningly crowded. Of course I do understand that the restaurant is located in a densely populated area of the city, but that is no excuse for them to make us eat in a cacophony of clatters and the shouts of costumers for missing knives and spoons.

An total recommended restaurant to eat an well balanced meal. Prices are fair waiters are usually taking care of customers well but sometimes they may forget to bring drinks you order.

Most disgusting food I have had in turkey. The attitude was even more foul. I went here at a odd time, I knew I’ll regret it and I did. Disgusting

As a tourist, It was an awful experience for me and my friends, after waiting for a long time, the didn't bring the water and the cola that i ordered and the food was also cold, I asked again for extra fork and the water and cola, they just bring the cola, they were kind of rude and they ignore me, So we decided to leave the place as we didn't finished our meal, Just to run a way from this atmosphere.

Service is fine. Ambience is nothing special. Food is good but nothing special.. they made a mistake with the bill twice. Charging us for ayran, something they said that is finished, didnt serve but put it on the bill. Seriously, be more organized!

I was amazing, the last time I went there was my first time, the place was so nice and the food was tasty and flavorful.. but the personnel I mean the waiters didn't give a good impression though.. if it's your first time I recommend you to try ( kekiklim )

Our Chicken was uncooked and still some pink in the middle. Received wrong order at first, sent it back and then when we got a right order, everything was cold. Never received our drinks, we sat there for 30 minutes, only when I asked for the check, did the waiter try to bring our drinks. I told him there is no need now We didn't touch the food, it was horrible, worst food I had in istanbul

This was horrible! The place was packed and we expected fresh food. The customer service was horrible, the waiter was not attentive. They brought out the wrong food, when we received our food it came out cold. We never received our drinks. Don’t go here, this is the worst place I’ve been to in Istanbul.

That was one of the best places for eating delicious food! The staff is not very helpful though but the foods are delicious. One of the places I strongly recommend.

Not the best Tavuk Dünyası. Place is always packed and staff is overworked and unattentive at times. It's possible to sit down here and wait for over 10 minute without any waiter approaching you or giving you a menu although they keep passing your table every 15 seconds. I've never been disappointed with the food here. It's the service that's lacking.

The staff was terrible, the treated us differently because we’re foreigners. They served few tables that came after us and kept us waiting. The food was okay But overall it wasn’t a great experience.

They don't serve anyone who is not fasting around Ramadhan dinner time. They also force you take a specific menu, you cannot choose anything else and if you don't eat meat though luck they don't serve any vegatarian or vegan stuff.

The waiters merely were friendly. I ordered chicken plate with veggies and mushroom. Looks like The chicken and veggies were eaten by waiters or someone on the way to my table. The portion was so small. The macaroni was so mushy. It was over cooked and absolutely tasteless.
