If you want to eat the tastiest cheesecake ever, come here. I tried two kinds of cheesecake: Sebastian and classic one. They're really nice. And coffee is not bad. Atmosphere is pleasant. So I advise you to visit it, especially if you live somewhere close. Btw, before we tried sandwiches here, they were really good as well.

What a joke! What an absolute joke. Ordered a take away. Waited for an hour, looking over my shoulders to the kitchen and from what I could see is my order packed but I thought hmmm, maybe it’s not mine. I prompted the waiter, he went to the kitchen and started packing that food which has been on the table for half hour!!! Then I check the food, it’s cold and saggy. Then I realize that a part of my order is missing! Then had to wait longer and then they came with a bill for the tuna salad. I can’t believe it. The manager came, obviously useless, can’t speak English (which is a shame for a city such as Istanbul welcoming like 40 million tourists annually) and not one waiter speaks English. He couldn’t help, giving all types of reasons. I mean come on, Management skills are tested at these times. The owner was sitting there casually pretending that nothing was happening. They failed. Took my money and went. What a waste of my time and space!

We went there for breakfast. The food was really nice, but I won't say the same about the service. The staff were somehow lost for what they were supposed to do. They served a part of our food to a wrong table and then it took them a million years and a million reminders to finally serve us. However, the manager came up to our table and apologized for the inconvenience, which was a nice gesture. All in all, we liked the place and recommend it.

Bad service, slow, wrong Orders, higher prices compared to other similar better places in the same area. Personally I will not go again or recommend anyone.

We tried that time something new, such as americano, cheese cake, Sebastian cheesecake, cinnamon latte and mocha, really amazing experience and I advice them for everyone, the service is really good and the stuff are decent with reasonable prices.

Nice stuff, Delicious food and beautiful place. I give it 5. and recommwnt to go for lunch if you hate smoking.

The food is amazing 🤩 the service is excellent the vip room is the best you get your own privacy. Their fresh hookah is amazing I give this restaurant 100 stars I recommend it to anyone in turkey 🇹🇷. I was eating their breakfast, lunch and dinner that’s how good they are.

It’s my favorite for all parts of the day.. fast service, so friendly staff, lighting is perfect, couches are so comfy, food is 8/10.. there is only one issue concerning first date or business meeting its preferable not to do it here because the music is a bit loud.. but its a perfect restaurant!!’

Great food, fancy sitting and just generally great vibe and atmosphere. We ordered şişe (very good) and dessert (one of the best we've had in 5 years here). Staff were pretty friendly too. Give it a try!

I came to this place many times, breakfast service is the best. friendly environment and also they have parking service so no worries if you bring your car the staff will park it for you in the back.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, but the music is too loud, especially when there’s a birthday celebration. The menu has a wide variety of different dishes, Turkish and international, everything I tried was really good and the deserts are excellent. However, I’ve been there many times and I noticed inconsistent quality of service, some waiters are friendly and responsive but others are rude and careless. I think the management should pay attention before they start losing customers

I went there for breakfast, it was delicious, coffee was ok, place was calm at that time but I think it gets crowded at night.

Extremely bad customer service. The manager Ismail has very bad manners and not much better memory. If you're wondering about the latter, he completely forgot a dessert that I ordered and he just about remembered after I reminded him when I walked past the place later on that day. He then offered to get it made or take it away, but I refused due to being on my way home.
