I went there on Saturday and it was crowded, ppl were waiting in the line for outside view tables. We pick inside no view table. Waiters were super rude we waited for the menu 15 minutes. After we ordered one table with better sits was free we ask our waiter if we can move there but he said you should wait outside for this table, we stayed in our table after while the table still was free, we asked hostes guy if we can move there and he said ofcourse. The waiter guy wasn't happy and cuz apparently we made more work for him he was cold and not friendly. The food was ok 5/10. I'm not going to big chef's anymore.

The location, the view, the decor is amazing. The food was OK. Unfortunately the waiters got me and my friends a wrong plate two times, i understand that it might be the overload of work, but we were told that there was no mistake in the order. Rather than that the atmosphere was great for a gathering 😄🙏

I love this cafe a lot, in general , the variety of food makes this cafe special. Also the location is one of the advantages. It is located in Florya beach, near the old airport of istanbull next to Aqua Florya mall by sea. The place is full of tables as well as kids playing yard. Moreover, the place is connected to huge open park that fully loaded by kids playing machines. I do recommend this park for families.

The prices are not reasonable for this quality and taste of food. Burger BigBig doesn’t have any sauce inside it. Cheddar sauce is not great too. Btw, we asked for 2 sauces, but they brought only 1, and told that the 2nd one is coming. We finished all the food and the brought this 2nd sauce that we already didn’t need. Just imagine their speed if they brought it after we finished all our order! The small water 0.33 ml costs here 29 lira!! Our table was so dirty and the waiter didn’t clean it until we asked for it. Even after he did it was disgusting to touch it as the waiter was cleaning it with the same dirty rag. At the end he informed us about tips being not included in the bill, which we didn’t ask him about. This tipping behavior of the waiters is horrible, I can see in the other comments that it is a popular problem. Normally Big Chefs shows some quality, but definitely not in this case.

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. The interior designer is extremely talented and didn’t spare any expense. Both inside and outside you can find comfortable seating and large tables. The view from the outside area is lovely, especially as the sun is going down. Staff members are very observant and are always available to meet your needs quickly and efficiently. The menu is LARGE but it has limited vegetarian and vegan options. I’d like to see this improved!

Found this place while out for an evening stroll. Being in Turkey, I thought it best to sample local cuisine. BigChefs was a surprise. They cater for all cuisines, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Turkish and even has burgers for those just wanting a standard meal. Service was engaging, with the waiter being genuinely nice. Would definitley be visiting again if I were to stay a bit longer.

Taste : 6 - 10 for (big big burger) Taste : 7-10 for stake Big big burger copy paste from Chilies restaurant ( old timer ) and bread d of burger it is hard to cut ,(Thick burger bun) General : 6:10 for restaurant

I think all the types of chickens were the same thing like the one in the burger, and the one with the salad and all but good after all .

food take a while, but we both had stomach problems next day after food.. little more expensive for regular experience.. i dont recomend

The nicest waiter ever, then of course all this to ask you for a tip, and will wait for you until you pay him a tip!! The view was beautiful but the food wasn’t that good at all. Last time at Big Chef, I hated when they force you to pay ikrameyya!! And it’s already in the bill.

The quality of food is good. Cocktail (Tequila with Mango) was great.

I think the food was good because of the location. We order burgers different types. There was nothing special about the burgers, yet the bun were fresh and very fluffy. What was funny, the waiter during payment asked for some tips as he got us extra quantity of French fries !!

I ordered mongo tequila and stake, both were amazing. Location was nice, good staff. Recommend it.

The waitresses don't speak English.. for place like this they have to have English speakers.. However, the food, coffee desserts are very delicious

The waitresses were super extremely rude and unfriendly, She and her colleague left us (4 clients) sitting on a dirty table that I already informed her to ask for someone to clean it, but she preferred to have a conversation with her colleague, more important! On top of that, we waited 15 mins thinking that its a waiting table, it came out that it is our table and no one waiter or worker approached us to ask what we want! Staff 0/10 hospitality and respect for clients!

Food it was served cold nice variety options But the service very slow and take long time to bring even cup of tea 👎👎 cheese some of them old they not deserve to be in this nice place or they need to work hard for developing
