    Thank u Gamse. We had the most beautiful tour. Our transport was on time all the way to the end . We had good tour guides and good meals were provided. Thnk u for the extra mile you went to make our journey a good one. I will recommend Gamse of Dimple Travel anytime . Thnk u again

    Worst experience ever...we made a reservation with Dimple travel Istanbul for yesterday 23 May 2019 for a bosphorus evening cruise with traditional dances and dinner ( attached receipt from Dimple Travel) . We were told by Mr. Bilal from Dimple travel that there will be many traditional dances and unlimited food for 28 USD per person price. He showed us a brochure (2 pages) which had list of all dance and shows that was promised. We made payment for the same for 28 Usd per person ( attached receipt). We were given hotel pick up and we were asked to go to a cruise ship. At the entrance of the ship they saw my receipt and validated my name and hotel name and gave us a table. However we did not see a single dance and food was not unlimited either and the food got finished and one of my family member did not get food. While food is secondary...we were extremely disappointed that we could not see any traditional dance at all. I asked for a partial refund atleast, considering that we did not see any single traditional dance which was promised to us and seeying dance was our main objective of going to cruise, leaving apart the food. The people on the ship did not understand english except one staff who we got hold of at late evening who told us that they never offer dances. We went to Dimple travel to raise this concern and they paid no attention to us. When we asked why none of the dances promised were shown ina a brochure ( in brochure it showed syrian / palastine, lebanese dance, turkish dance, romanian dance etc) they said probably we went to wrong ship. This is impossible as our names and hotel name were there with the ship that we entered and were validated as i mentioned earlier. Also it was Dimple travel shuttle service that picked us up for the cruise and showed us the ship to board. We as tourists dont know which ship to go to. While we have so far had a great time in Turkey, our experience with Dimple travel has been miserable. I suggest pls never use them for booking any tour.

    Went on Pamukkale hotsprings and ancient city tour was absolutely fabulous, a must in turkey. Gokhan was absolutely brilliant tour guide (the best any of us have ever had) so efficient, kind, knowledgeable and kept it interesting, which is exactly what you need when it is a 4am start from Istanbul but totally worth the day trip. All the transits logistically ran like clock work as well as hotel pickup and dropoff. Would recomend to everyone.

    We booked a cruse for the Turkish Night Show on september 12th 2021, and were very disappointed. The night was very cold, and the waiters are supposed to provide blankets to clients. I am still waiting for mine. I am still waiting for my coffee too. The food was bad, especially for the price we paid. We cruised at night, which prevented us from seeing the city shores clearly. I got sick immediatly after getting back from the cruise. If that's not because of the food, it probably comes from the ice cubes in my drink. I guess we were lucky to see the shows, because other guests did not have this chance, being badly seated. Sadly, the tour is not directly related to this company, except on via the adress on their website, so you will probably not see this comment soon enough. Good luck.

    We took the daily Uludağ tour on 29th December. We are totally unhappy, shocked and disgusted by the unprofessionalism. We were not taken to the places as mentioned in the itinerary. Only to Shops like Munira. The old tree. Of course this is a way to mint commissions for the tour guides and driver. The passengers were complaining and the guide Ahmed was racist and rude. Lunch was stale uncooked and restaurant was unhygienic. The cleaner was touching the food and serving. We spent only an hour in uludag. Rest all was a waste of time. None of the tourists were happy. The guide didn't even say anything. He just got dropped. Irresponsible and rude. A total scam!!!!

    We love Istanbul for its high-energy, high-intensity mayhem, its constant barrage of colour, noise and people. Kayseri is the gateway city – fly via Istanbul, or take the train. The laid-back village of Göreme is a good base for hikes and ballooning.

    Hi , we bought a tour yesterday for 5 ppl including my elderly mom from one of their offices and it turned out to be awful . It was supposed to be a lunch on the cruise and Golden city. The original price was 40$ per person and they offered 25$ ( total 125$.) We paid 100$ on the spot and 25$ to the driver. It was a total scam and lie. The lunch “on” the cruise , turned out to be a lunch “after “ the cruise . They took us to a horrible busy cheap restaurant and offered an awful cheap food in the restaurant and not on the cruise . Then they wanted to take us to a leather shop! We did not eat the lunch and left . The restaurant looked like an orphanage. They were offering a quarter an orange for dessert to everyone . And a few pieces of chili awful chicken. The tour guid was awful too and very rude . He did not speak one word and was on his phone for the entire trip . It was an awful experience. I asked the tour guid to open the window since my elderly mom needed fresh air in the pandemic and he said it was not necessary .

    The worst experience of our lives. A nightmare day trip to Bursa where we never saw the town. They only took us to places where we had to buy, even the cable car ride was a scam, because they were only offering open cable cars, while they advertise the closed one. They took us to lunch at 4 pm to a disgusting place with cold food and rude waiters. Our tourist guide, Anna, was extremely unprofessional. We delayed our morning departure an hour, because she was late. They let us stranded in the snow on top of a mountain because for health reasons we didn t want to use the open cable car. I will claim at least half of my money back or file a case against this travel agency.
