Very poor customer service, very rude staffs and weird people, for 4 days I asked for a car park not a single person showed me and if I could speak to the manager or the owner I would recommend it to him to sack every single one of them and get someone with respect towards customers, we were travelling for a business trip and there is a lot of us we went somewhere else with better people and better staff.

Lack in hygiene.. room was smelly if i leave rest room door's open. Reception in morning shift were not professional. I don't recommend for staying if you are with family. Need real improvement. Breakfast as welll so normal so cold

A good suits to stay in the rooms are good everything is great and also it's near the Metrobus the only problem that will face you that it's really away from Istanbul city center

Staff was extremely helpful, polite, rooms were clean n free breakfast daily. I recommend this hotel!

The service is good but the surveillance is not perfect and it is expensive compared with the other residences. Still the view is nice and the neighborhood is fine.
