We met Büşra Hodja and her wonderful pilates studio about 3 months ago. What happened in 3 months? Most importantly, perhaps for the first time in my life, I started to love my body. It's like a miracle to see my body tighten and shape before my eyes. I am grateful to him for this. I loved it. I really loved Büşra teacher's smiling face, knowledge, flexibility and everything. We had our first lesson today after the Demo in hammock yoga. It was tiring but very effective :) At the end of the lesson, meditation felt really good.
