This place is an oasis!! The house, garden and swimming pool are beautiful and you feel completely at home in total privacy. Its near enough town to easily walk, and come back to a real sanctuary. I particularly loved the homey feeling of sitting around the kitchen table chatting, and yoga sessions on the veranda at sunrise, surrounded by lush foliage, and with the sound of the birds and the falls. Sara is an incredible host, she is welcoming, discreet and has all information you might need at her fingertips. Finally, the house is so full of art that you can enjoy a private exhibition of Larry Norton's work at home. I always come back!!

Having stayed more than once at this gorgeous spot, I consider myself a regular! Sara and her amazing team take great care of me and my guests I bring along to the Falls. We have always been given the best service, the most comfy rooms and the garden is paradise. 10 out of 10!

I absolutely love The Art House! Set in a beautiful lush tropical garden, the comfortable rooms are artfully decorated and the communal areas are spacious and stylish.Very convenient location an easy walk from town. Best of all is the fantastic, friendly service - highly reccomended!

The Art House is by far one of the coolest places to stay in Vic Falls! The gardens are stunning, pool refreshing and the helpfulness with activities and transfers will make any trip to the Falls easy as pie!

The Art House is truly a hidden gem! I stayed in December 2022, since the other hotels I typically stayed at were either booked or too expensive. I was very fortunate, since the quality/price of the Art House was much better compared to the other places than the other places I've stayed in Vic Falls. The house is stunning with a very personal touch to make you feel at home. It's located in a residential area that's close enough to town. The pool was perfect to cool off during the day and the host was very hospitable. I strongly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

My two kids and I drove up to Vic Falls from Hermanus and after 3 days of driving arrived a very warm welcome from our host Sara. The first thing we were in awe of was the incredible garden, a vibrant green haven for the kids, with the most incredible trees and a gorgeous pool for them to swim in (where they lived during our stay). The next was how we felt like we had a home away from home. The house has everything you need and is very well located. Sara is an incredible host, so welcoming and accommodating and the staff were wonderful too - she even offered yoga classes on the lawn at sunrise! If you are looking for a place to stay that has heart and soul, look no further.
