Watched this place spring from the wasted factory space to an amazing showroom of irrigation and water related products. Friendly staff spacious reception area and a developing cafeteria inside. My shopping experience so far has been awesome 👌

The sales people need to be trained. I went there with a list of items that I wanted. I handed the list to the sales person who raised the sale. Firstly, he didn't tell mention how much the items cost in total and held out his hand waiting for my card. When I asked how much it was I looked annoyed. Secondly, when u went to collect the stuff, I realised that there was somethings that were missed off the list. I went back to the same sales rep and told him. He informed me that they didn't have those items in stock. So my issue is why didn't he tell me that when I was right there??? Some staff need proper customer service training. I have been to most Driptech branch and I don't think that I will be visiting this one anytime soon.

This is a great branch. Well stocked, good service, great coffee shop and a good restaurant.

Excellent service especially in regards to the generator we got from Drip Tech.

These guys are so nice, the way they treat customers, time of service, they are so friendly, especially its employees.. keep it up guys. However, try to provide transport inorder to increase your sales. Trust me, if you try to provide transport with an extra charge, your sales will increase with 20% per annum for the next 2 years.
