Best service ever. Everyone is helpful, friendly and polite. Hapana nurse or staff inopopotera vanhu like other hospitals. They all talk and treat people like human beings. Very affordable compared to all hospitals in Zimbabwe. May the good Lord bless Karanda.

I think this is one of a great hospital in the country. People from all over the country come to this rural hospital with hope. Early in the morning before the most dedicated and humble doctors and nurses as well as patients gather in Church to share the word of God. This is Amazing. I believe this hospital needs more staff and help. The doctors and nurses work tirelessly to despite the harsh economic situation they do their best.

Helpful but we need more health institutions like it. Its getting overwhelmed by the numbers. Excellent service😊

I went as a volunteer doctor for a medical outreach. My colleagues and I felt so welcomed. The staff there are very professional and dedicated to their work. The doctors there are great. For a small hospital it was impressive how they have enough Sundries, medicine etc for theatre cases and patients

The accounts and pharmacy staff need to improve their patient service delivery. Even though all the other staff deliver their client service as per expectation, these two categories need to completely reorient themselves for better service delivery. Areas to focus on for these two include ettiquette, communicationa and honesty.

It a good hospital with best medical team. Now have Community Information Centre within, thanks to Zimpost, POTRAZ and the Ministry of ICT, Postal and Courier Services.

My dad was operated successfully for enlarged prostate gland. Thumbs up to the staff who worked tirelessly during Covid times.
