Stayed
here
as
part
of
a
package
tour.
The
main
lodge
area
is
pleasant
enough.
The
rooms
are
rustic
but
adequate.
However,
they
lack
safes
to
store
valuables
which
I
find
unacceptable
in
2019.
The
rooms
also
do
not
lock.
The
staff
was
pleasant
but
not
well
trained.
I
need
to
maintain
a
gluten
free
diet.
I
was
told
by
the
tour
operator
that
the
hotel
was
aware
and
could
accommodate.
That
was
not
the
case.
The
kitchen
staff
sent
us
out
for
a
game
drive
with
a
picnic.
The
only
thing
I
was
able
to
eat
was
the
potato
salad.
On
other
drives
there
was
nothing
gluten
free.
The
lodge
does
not
have
a
lot
of
competition
right
now,
which
is
probably
why
they
feel
they
can
be
so
non-service
oriented.
That
will
change
in
the
future,
however.
I
would
not
stay
in
this
hotel
again
nor
can
I
recommend
it
to
others.
