Happen to be at the newly renovated Radisson Blu Hotel on GST Road in Chennai, yesterday evening. I must admit that they have done an impeccable job with renovating the hotel into a very vibrant bright and contemporary settings. Just was there for some drinks and snacks, but did not have time to dine. Will post my dining thoughts next time. Make a visit to this refreshed and vibrant hotel. It will be time and money, both well spent. Happy Dining!

I absolutely adore my stays at this hotel, especially during my international transits. The Kevin Factory is an absolute must-visit, and the buffet never fails to amaze me with its delectable offerings. Moreover, the hotel's gym and pool facilities are top-notch, ensuring a fantastic way to unwind and stay active during my stay. As for the rooms, they are not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, making my experience here truly exceptional.

All good and people are very friendly. They have a free shuttle from the airport and the restaurant is amazing But my reason for 3 stars is mainly for two reasons 1) The room is very tiny 2) Too much unfriendly technology which is a pain. For example the automatic curtains will open when some one leaves the room and all lights will be on..I mean this will happen at 2 am too. The bathroom has a clear transparent glass and with the switch on... it becomes milky white, thus you cannot see anyone inside the bathroom. It is a nice technology but the milky white also radiates bright light. Bottom line you lose your sleep if someone uses the bathroom.

Fantastic place to stay. One of the best hotels in Chennai, if you plan to stay. Its very close to the airport. Just 10 mts drive from airport. The ambience inside the hotels is truly magnificent. Lot of detailing has gone into each one of the elements in the hotel. Gives you a really grand feeling in the hotel. The restaurants were very good. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The rooms are spacious. the best part was most of the things in the room are automatic from lights switching on/off, curtains opening/closing, TV etc. All in all..one of the best places I have stayed in Chennai. Absolutely loved it.

After a full month in India, sightseeing and back to back meetings, the idea of sitting by the pool for the day before my return flight to Australia sounded very appealing. Booked the room on my phone while awaiting my luggage, called and ordered the complimentary shuttle. After some initial difficulty finding the driver, we were whisked to the hotel quickly thereafter. Friendly staff all round, good food and nice clean pool. Yes there’s airport noise but it is an airport hotel. Enjoy

Raddison after renovation looks bright and fresh. Well lit with golden light giving it a jewelley store feeling, No bad odour , rooms with balcony is nice , food has a variety , our family member staying there enjoyed his stay and facilities and hospitality

I got there today for a business interview and was absolutely delighted by the environment inside the hotel. The warm welcome and the constant attention by the employees were worth to note here! From entering the premises until exiting, there seems to be proper services and commissions for every part of the hotel. This is my first time visiting this place and absolutely loved it! I'd prolly recommend it to everyone who has to get a place to stay where they can find extreme comfort and luxury, to people who wants to find a short lounge for a few hours! They provide airport shuttle services as well and I guess it's a huge plus!

Peaceful Hotel near Airport . A La Carte is better than Buffet in Dinner .Kabab Factory is also there but spicy which is good place to party with Friends .Hotel lobby is very Small but there is Coffee shop available for Meeting. Staff is very cooperative and polite .Nice place to Stay for a cooperate visit .Pool side sea food festival is also available .

One of my most memorable hotel stays ! Hospitality at it’s finest.. The staff was super welcoming and delightful... always smiling and greeting us. The rooms, spa, swimming pool everything was beyond my imagination. The breakfast spread is vast with every possible cuisine. Overall a great experience!

Not too far from the airport, a modern hotel with all electronic enabled facilities added. Breakfast spread that was treat even to look at. Comfortable bed & pillows. Very polite and helpful staff.

I came to Chennai for my friends marriage and to stay in this hotel for night I was very much satisfied worth for money the check in process was very smooth Mr.Akshay was very helpful from check in till check out also other staffs they are very friendly highly recommended if you come to Chennai you should atleast stay once in this hotel

The rooms were super comfortable. I liked how each staff member had a smile on their face at all times while talking with us. Excellent service. Would surely recommend to others

Went there with my partner. The service there was awesome, they hardly let you do anything yourself e.g. handling luggage. There were lots of complimentary things I wasn't expecting - like drinks and cookies at check-in and a room-served hot chocolate at night before bed. Speaking of food, we also ordered room service and it was very tasty. We tried out the pool which was really nice. They had complimentary towels and a shower/changing area down there. The pool was super nice and the pool attendant even turned on the massage jets for us. The only weird funny thing was, that because the hotel is close to a major road, you can hear the traffic nearby. My partner used the spa as well and really enjoyed it. We used the transfer to the airport as well and it was super easy, just as we checked out, they asked if we needed a transfer to the airport. The car was super spacious and the driver was friendly while driving safely as well. As for the room before we left, it was amazing, modern, clean, everything you could ever want out of a hotel room. One bad thing was that you couldn't chromecast to the TV or use the youtube app because they hadn't paid for some subscription, so that was a downside. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by everything in the hotel.

The stay was comfortable and staffs are more courteous and the room was cleaned very well and service was very quick and reception team was very helpful.

Suits only for luxury people's, Separate place for Small functions & Seminars. Variety of dishes on all occasions. Except biryani everything tastes fantastic.

What a amazing place. Went for a engagement there. It is not a hotel , it is a palace of luxury. Food had very little varities but was good. Lots of parking space. Must recommend if you are doing a big conference or a big marriage function.

Nice hotel but the airport view that we wanted to see was rejected

Spent a night at radisson blu GRT, service was impeccable from all the staff, especially the last who handles our check in and check out. We were unfortunately stuck in traffic and couldn't make it back in time to check out and she kindly extended our check out time. Food at the restaurant was excellent too. Will definitely return.

First thing I like in this hotel is mutton biryani. I never tasted the real briyani flavour in and around Chennai. I went twice in couple of months. Both time I ate mutton biryani was awesome and also their fish fry ia also superb. Very close to metro station. Very close to meenambakkam airport. Halls are super and nice interiors for any type of functions. Parking also there. I give everything five star for this hotel.

A table was booked for 5 persons on 08November 2 days prior itself for buffet lunch. The same was reconfirmed by their staff. He took the name of the person as well as his contact number. The table was booked for my boss and some high officials. When they reached there, there was no buffet. They did not have the courtsey to inform the client that buffet service available only on Saturday and Sunday only. When I called them today, one staff informed me about the buffet not available on week days. So beware of the confirmations given orally. When checked the reviews, I found that for room reservations also Radisson Blu had done the same. Staff not at all fit to be in the service industry. Be cautious while booking as staff do not feel responsible for their actions.

Pleasantly surprised how great value this hidden gem is. Minutes from Airport. Excellent staff. Quality of the recent renovation is outstanding down to every little detail. Landed in MAA at 6am. Hotel has free shuttle. Slept until noon. Woke up fully refreshed.

Great place to be around when you take any guest from outside India. We went to Great Kebab Factory, it was an unique experience tasting the food after hearing from the kitchen team explaining the way it's prepared and what goes well with the dishes. Price is at higher side, but we really enjoyed the food.

Great ambience,spacious room, amazing food , amenities and very helpful staff. Accessible through all means of transport, airport, metro station. Had a great stay. Would recommend for anyone who expect a safe and comfortable stay.

Ah-muh-zing!!!!! The sheer ethereal vibe you get when you enter the premise is unmatched. As we were in for just 5 hours (post midnight)) due to delay in connecting flights, we could hardly enjoy other amenities. Ours was a superior deluxe room: it was spacious, had a bathtub and above all it had an amazing massage chair. I and my husband took full advantage of it and almost slept on the chair after a relaxing massage session. Sorry we were too tired to take pictures and so have none.

Had a good stay at this hotel. Staffs were very attentive and responded to my queries quickly. Breakfast was nice and chefs listen to you. :)

We have guests and they said they are not allowed in rooms.another staff told that they are not allowed from 8 am to 8 pm and you can sit in coffee are downstairs (giving ideas like a teacher).very disappointed .never visit this Mahipalpur Radisson especially when you have a female friend to meet you.not recommended

Had a great experience staying here, went in for a family function. Staffs are really good and very good at responsibility. Rooms are clean and neat (including the bathroom and bath tub) offered better dining and variety of options in terms of food

Surprisingly, they call themselves a 5-star without knowing the difference between a fondant and fresh cream cake! Totally messed up my kid's birthday and over charged without guilt!

Good property with spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and good hospitality in the restaurant. The employees at the front desk and house keeping guys are hard working and try their best to provide good service. They also provide transportation to corporate customers, this is more of a shuttle service so be ready to wait for your turn for the cab to be full. This can be improved. Thanks.. I had a good experience overall and I vouch to visit again.

Great hotel with excellent location pretty close to the Airport. Humble and responsive staff, excellent facade and ambiance, good food and sensible collection in their bar. Has a small swimming pool which affords privacy from rest of the area. If you are looking for an upscale place and are ready to pay adequately, this should be in your top choices.

This is a really old place and has been a favourite hangout for many an Indian and foreigners too. Lot's of airlines also book this hotel for their staff - both pilots and cabin attendants. They have a decent bar, but the standout is their Kebab Factory. We used to frequent this quite often. It's amazing and a must try for any foodie who loves non vegetarian. Of course you have to be hungry and have a decent appetite to do justice. Overall a pretty good place to hang out, if you have the time and of course the money!!

I love staying here while on international transit. The Kevin Factory is a must and the Buffet is also amazing! The gym and pool are also excellent T this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean.

I used to stay at this hotel before Covid-19 period. Maintenance of the rooms is catastrophic. It is even a challenge to unlock the door with the electronic key. Need to find staff far from the room to get some help. The same problem I experience many times at this hotel without any action to solve it. My last experience at Radisson Blue was horrible at this regards. Intercontinental is a much better option.

Its a very beautiful hotel located on main road. North Indian food is also available and it tastes really good. Rooms are well maintained

It's a very good hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Choices of food is excellent. Services are also beyond parallel. Staff, to name a few like Mr. Andrews, Ajith, Naveen etc. are so courteous which can not be explained. Today morning after breakfast on enquiring about the quality of the breakfast, Mr. Ajith enquired why am taking so less food. On telling him, I am undergoing some dental treatment, he offered Pomegranate juice and within 10 mnts, the juice was delivered that too complimentary.

The buffett dinner was so delicious and the spread was also nice. Spacious for children to be active. Overall, fantastic experience 👍
