We’ve stayed in this hotel many a times over the years, unfortunately we can’t help but notice a steady decline in all aspects of hospitality. The facilities are tired and poorly maintained. Service is poor at best (the only exception are the girls at reception- can’t fault them).That effects not only the restaurant, but most of the spa and leisure facilities as well. We were there last week end and suffice to say- we are staying there no more. There were rude and unhelpful staff members, over crowded spa centre with no staff member in attendance, no towels, lights hanging off the ceiling on exposed wires in the steam room and hordes of unsupervised minors running and screaming around the corridors until midnight. I’ll stop here. Sorry guys, but you’ve lost us as customers, not that you give a toss anyway. Next weekend will try somewhere else.

Great family room! I travelled with two daughters and was extremely happy. The pool needs a bit of refurbishment (the area outside the pool, too moist) the FOOD is absolutely Amazing, it was so nice to have a great coffee and other provided food was just very very good quality. Lovely very helpful staff, very caring.

Amazing fresh air and sunshine ... comfortable hotel. The apartment rooms in the hotel are like suites. We stayed in one. Breakfast could be better but it's ok. Clean. The jacuzzi needed fixing. Pool ok

The hotel is amazing. The service on the front desk is fast and they explain everything you need to know about your stay at check-in. The rest of the staff is also really good, always smiling and ready to help with anything you might need. The rooms are clean and the sheets and towels are changed every day. There's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi that you may enjoy. Also, there's a hairdresser. You can play pool on the pool table outside or table tennis. The food is amazing and different every day. The only downside to the room that we stayed in (apartment) were the mattress and the pillows. Super uncomfortable. We woke up with back and neck pain every day.

This place has very high potential. The building is relatively new and well-biilt. However, the service is barely okay. One time the water stopped while I was showering - the staff's explanation was that they were filling the pool. The restaurant staff had been working there for just a few days and didn't know the menu. The gym is old and needs to be renovated.

Nice place in one small and very beautiful town in Rhodope mountain. Has a pool and spa center. The one thing that we didn't like was that when we go to dinner, there wasn't any free table, and have to wait almost half hour. The room was clean and with nice view. 😊

The hotel is wonderful, we were welcomed.The only thing we didn't like was the food, there is definitely a lot to be desired.It is advisable not to offer artificial dairy products.The water in the pool was definitely not at the temperature that was written.Excluding these things, we liked the hotel and would visit it again!

Hotel was awesome. Large rooms, all the necessary stuff, the pool and the SPA were also great and the staff was helpful. The only problem was there was a party in the restaurant, which continued after 1:30 AM and we could hear it quite well from the first floor, so we had some trouble sleeping and we had to get up at 7:00 the next morning. Everything else was great.
