One of a kind experience! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing list of wines, food melting in your mouth, some Italian classics with some switch, it's an endless tasting adventure you will onboard. The service is impeccable. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. One of the best meals we had in a long time. Highly recommended!!

Spontaneous family dinner. A party of five. Food was delicious. Pictures speak for themselves. Only the pizza with raw tuna was a bit weird but the waiter explained that it is raw tuna in a pizza and my son ordered it anyway. Service was a bit on the slow side when it came to drinks and getting the bill

Food was Ok, the lasagna was just nice, not warm enough... The service is great, unfortunately the place works with Pepsi and not coca cola

Great spot for Italian food lovers. With an ambiente atmosphere on the inside and more light on the outside. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. We sat down by a table for two, which felt a bit too small when all our dishes arrived. Other couples did get a bigger table, so if you're making a reservation I would try to ask for the bigger one. Overall a great place to have dinner.

One of our favorite restaurant, and for sure, the best Italian one!

We ordered to 21:15 however our table was ready only at 21:42. We told them about it, we got laconic answer, "we are full" without any sorry. We had to order water 3 times to received them, it was difficult to call the waitress. We ordered 2 desserts. 1st dessert- arrived iceberg forzen without any possibility to eat it, when we told them about it they said that they are getting lot of complaints about it however this is the dessert ,we have explained that we ordered this 4 times in the past and it wasn't forzen and much better. 2nd dessert- we got a dessert with fruit from a tin can 🤮🤢. Do not go to this place.

I really recommend this place! It's a good restaurant the food is great, it doesn't take very long for the food to be ready, aswell, there aren't many lines that you need to wait in to get in, it's usually not that crowded in the lines.

We've celebrated my husband's birthday here in May. The food and atmosphere are wonderful! The service was a bit slow, but it was because of Saturday noon, the restaurant was full. The prices are a bit high.

I recently visited Vivino in Bitan Aharon and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and intimate, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. One of the standout dishes for me was the pasta which was cooked perfectly al dente. I also enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer, which was topped with a generous amount of fresh, diced tomatoes and basil. Overall, I had a great experience at Vivino and would definitely recommend it to others looking for delicious Italian food in a relaxed, welcoming setting

This specific branch isn't what it has been before. The service was awful the last two times we ate there, and the waiters seemed to be doing you a favor. Although the food was tasty and made with fresh ingredients, some of the dishes were GREASY, and we had to wash our hands after eating them.

A very pleasant restaurant with a chick decor and assorted Italian dishes. We were a large group of people, who came around noon time to celebrate the end of the school year. There was no special menu for business meals but we received a 15% discount. I ordered the Spaghetti Alio Olio (59 shekels) and asked to have olive oil instead of vinegar. I also ordered a small salad (16 shekels). Both dishes were delicious. One of my friends ordered Torchio Pesto and enjoyed it very much. The waiting time was too long for some of us. Also- the chairs were comfortable but the long seat by the wall was rather too low. The ones who sat there expressed their discomfort.

Delicious. Great Italian food, excellent wait staff, perfect after a hike in the area. Decent prices and definitely worth it for the price. Open on Shabbat and the food selection is definitely superior to the kosher locations.

Don't get me wrong here. Vivino' s food is great. That said, I ordered TA 3 pizza combos from the kids menu and 1 cake for dessert. The cake was a big success. According to the menu, the kid's pizza combo includes the pizza, a small plate of fresh vegetables, a bottle of soft drink and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. Great deal! Only when I came to pick it up did I find out that this combo is only relevant for seating. For TA it's only the pizza and the veggies, and for the same price...😒. Each pizza, although small sized, was packed in a family size pizza box so one can only imagine how my TA looked like for only 3 kid's size pizzas. Now, Vivino also offer delivery service so no reason at all for not having the appropriate packing. On top of that all, I got delayed at home and when they called to say that my order is ready I was only leaving the house. I asked them nicely to keep it some place where it will stay hot(ish) but that didn't happen. The whole order was ice cold 🥶. Bottom line, for the price that I paid for this order, I would expect to get much much more.🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent. Just excellent. Professional and kind service, as well as fantastic food. Must be said that this was a surprise considering this is a chain restaurant in Israel. However, they have managed to maintain high standards and a great culinary experience which is all the more impressive and commendable. We will be back.

Excellent service, Great atmosphere, Tasty food and Fair prices

Great Italian restaurant, nice place, large parking, and good location. Most of dishes are Italian, with some local twist. All dishes was tasteful, maybe little too salty. The only little problem was too loud music. The staff was very nice, and efficient. We enjoyed very much and recommend it !
