Only went there for bowling and the restaurant. Bowling was really nice. But the restaurant horrible. Our whole dining experience took over 3,5 hours. I got served the wrong wine twice. The salmon was, just like everything else, really overpriced and did not even taste like salmon. Wanted to walk out multiple times, but I couldnt because we were celebrating a birthday. Overall a bad experience.

The rooms have been maintained. The carpets smell. Dinner is ok. Staff are not very motivated to serve at restaurant for dinner Food is average not as good as in the other Fletcher hotels. The end result is a screaming sign in the rooms asking suffering guests not to order takeaway food.

Rooms are not incredible but still confortable. But this hotel is really super cool for several reasons 1.The only one i know with a bowling (we had so much fun). 2. So many tennis court. 3. Nice Pool 4.Food at the hotel restaurant is more than acceptable. I would even say good. A place that definitely surprised me, in the good sens of the term.

My husband just stayed there for 2 weeks. Every single night he was woken up, bye. People slamming doors Kids running around and. screaming. He even went to the front desk and told them. And they told him that it won't be noisy anymore. It was noisy every night. Every hotel has a time curfew to be quiet. He looked in there Handbook. There was nothing about quiet time. We won't be staying there ever again.

Staff are all unfriendly did not great me when I walked it behind my friend at any time that I was there for 3 days housekeeping maid over the beds with the same dirty bed covers very nasty. The sauna works but online it say out of service. Walls are paper thin I can hear like all the neighbours from in the walking area and from in the room

Worst hotel we have been in a while. Rooms are small and outdated. Facilities are very poor. No service during the night. Staff is not helpfull. I would not recommend anybody to stay here. There are plenty more nice hotels or b&bs in the neighborhood.

At 2pm no one was after working at the bistro, you always have to call them. The employers are eating in the same area as customers and talk about work and having some food. If someone is waiting at the bar the only say you have to call instead of helping. The hotel is not 4 stars worthy. Swimming pool is dirty, very cold, sauna is not good maintained, a lot of spikes are coming out and are really hot. In the room a lot of dust and old cards and magazines. In the shower the soap pump was broken. Bowling is closed after 8pm.

Very small rooms with bad shower water pressure (were on the second floor), no mini fridge or coffee/tea possibilities and with hot temperatures since there's no AC. They were however very clean, thank you Samantha! The service altogether wasn't that great, not a single employee smiled at me and I didn't feel welcome. Lots of sport facilities in the hotel but most with extra costs. Really enjoyed our trip to Zutphen though but that was mainly because of the location of the hotel (busstop nearby for reaching city center, and ability to borrow bikes to discover cycling routes along the Ijssel).

I don't understand how is possible to have a 4star this place, is worst then a B&B -room are small - furniture is really poor -no fridge in room - rooms are very cold, no heating in the bathrooms at list,, I tell them that is a little bit cold in the room but nobody cares. And the most important thing is that they don't cleam the room, they just make the bed and change the towels, i ask every day to have the room clean but nobody cares about, was a lot of dust around there, I foundit with dust around everywhere and in 5 days nobody clean the room. - fluffy towel - the food was really good - the reception and room service employes are very well trained and very kind

The hotel is beautifully decorated.The bowling (game room), the pool, sauna and tennis court are all lovely. The rooms are very small, the breakfast doesnt have a wide variety of food to chose from. THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THAT THE EMPLOYEES A HAVE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE AND THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS AT ALL. They all looked sad. I have stayed at other fletchers hotel and i have had better experience. experience

Old hotel, my dad slept there and he said that the beds where great. I visited and it looks old(not positive old(outdated)), but clean. The people whom work there are nice and wel train. Same goes for the chef in the restaurant. It's a sports hotel, but the evening I was there we wanted to bowl but the bowling alley was closed. But they looked in to it and opened one lane for use to play on. Great service!

It's oke. Beds are comfortable, room looks clean. But it's small, you have to unplug a light or tv if you want to charge something like your phone or laptop. The lighting is not sufficient in the room and bathroom it's dark. And of course the room comes with the well known Fletcher butt sandpaper next to the toilet.

Great hospitality and facilities! I would definitely recommend it to anyone
