Amazing place and what a myriad of selection from pastries, confectionery and meals 😋 excellent customer service and professional staff. I was very impressed. Check it out next time you are hungry for breakfast or lunch. Spacious seating area with soft and hard chairs. You will be spoiled for selection.

This place is amazing, the staff is even great any other day than on tuesdays when its BOGO pizza day, it looks like the staff is overwhelmed and seem to snap on customers. There's a mananger named Tracey, she's just phenomenal, and very professional. Thank you for turning my day to be a better day.

Fresh products, loved the croissants, fresh cream donuts and cappuccinos. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Although it tends to get packed and can become a bit noisy especially when it gets busy. You won't be disappointed though.

The flame grilled chicken and chips sit in was amazing ,the chips tasted very deliciious and we'll cooked but the classic burgers and chips take away was very disappointing ,the burgers were delicious but the chips were not well cooked and there was a fly in the chips

Sometimes the meals are perfectly done and at times they be missing some ingredients, may you be consistent with your menus. Disappointed with the steak roll

The place is like a bee hive, popular with both young and old. A good alternative if you want to unwind and meet people. There is food for consumption indoors and take aways. Highly recommend the place. The negative is, they no longer adhere to world renowned waiting times for their meals ---because of the number of customers they serve.

We sat in there 30 minutes without being served. The waiters are rude and selective....they choose who to serve. 2 ladies came in after us and were served before us. Very poor service!!

Dirty plates, dirty cutlery. Dirty everything really. Customer service was nonsense, servers are rude. Salad was a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce and a slice of cucumber. One of each, imagine nje, yoh never been more disgusted in a restaurant in my life

This place is always too busy. There is no order in their order taking. No clear directions on the till. Ordered 12 of pies with different flavours and no marking was put on which ones were what. All dumped in a box. Also Ordered pizza which took forever, even when they had told me that it was going to be ready in 15 mins. Not a big fan.

Good quality foods are found there. The food is always fresh, especially the baked stuff I've tried. Maybe they should considered finding a bigger space or opening another franchise on the peripherals of town.

Had a nasty experience, l mean we went for ice creams and it took us approximately 25mins to get served despite the store not being busy, dont know what the issue was, sadly after we had brought ice-creams we weren't given cup holders, terrible experience ever!!

It tries given the circumstances. Gets really busy though during peak times, so come prepared to wait if you arrive around then.

Guys thanks for keeping that Bulawayo experience,had fine time @ Haefelis last Sunday before returning to Joburg. Lovely tea and confectionery.

The service is good however there is need to be serious on tea cups. There are too small for $2. Their size is worth 0.50C

Good environment great food but i think the chicken inn guys can help if they become little fast in their service...i Was dissapointed by chicken inn there ..slow service and for my chicken salad i only got home to find out that it was full of lettuce

I do not know about the other establishments but pizza Inn is horrible, very horrible. The lines are unberable, I even fell asleep on their couches, the leather was cheap and uncomfortable. When I woke up the order was still not ready. I went to the rest room to have a drink in the bowl and came back to fall asleep again. Maybe they are short staffed the frustrated person next to me said. Well either way horrible service, the pizza itself was not that bad, I wouldn't know if it tasted like trash since we can't tell once we are very hungry

I love the confectionery and the service from the waitrons is simply impeccable you guys have maintained your standards. With all that fluffy pastry which crumbles in your mouth. No complaints from this happy customer
