I
was
referred
to
this
clinic
for
pulling
a
tooth.
I
came
with
a
referring
letter
and
a
photo
taken
by
my
dentist.
As
usual,
a
copy
of
the
letter
and
the
photo
was
stored
by
the
reception
desk
in
the
clinic.
Because
the
appointment
with
the
clinic
was
made
a
week
ago
and
at
the
moment
I
was
there
I
don't
experience
any
pain
anymore,
I
had
a
discussion
with
the
dental
surgeon
to
postpone
the
pulling
of
the
tooth
to
a
later
moment
should
I
get
the
pain
again
(the
surgeon
was
kind
to
me
to
be
honest).
That's
all
what
happened
that
day.
Now
at
home
I
received
a
big
bill
to
pay
for
a
total
of
208
euro,
including
the
cost
of
81
euro
for
storing
a
copy
of
the
letter
and
photo
at
the
reception
desk,
and
126
euro
for
the
discussion
with
the
surgeon
(the
discussion
costed
about
2
minutes).
I
contacted
the
clinic
and
here
is
the
answer
indicating
what
they
did:
U
heeft
een
kaakchirurg
geraadpleegd,
dit
is
een
consult.
Uw
tandarts
heeft
een
foto
bij
de
verwijzing
gevoegd
voor
de
kaakchirurg
en
die
is
beoordeeld.
Here
is
the
cost
items
in
the
bill
which
indicate
what
are
included
in
the
item:
1.
Beoordelen
röntgengebitsonderzoek
(2D),
ongeacht
aantal
en
soort
opnamen,
inclusief
eventuele
controlefoto(s)
en
inclusief
bespreking
met
patiënt
-
maximaal
éénmaal
per
dag
te
declareren.
(81
euro)
2.
Eerste
consult
mondziekten,
kaak-
en
aangezichtschirurgie.
(126
euro)
Does
it
cost
126
euro
to
discuss
with
a
surgeon
for
postponing
the
pulling
of
tooth
to
a
possible
later
moment
(it
costed
him
less
than
2
minutes)?
Does
putting
the
reference
letter
and
photo
into
their
registry
cost
81
euro?
By
the
way,
at
the
reception
the
letter
and
the
photo
was
handed
to
them
and
they
did
not
say
anything
about
the
photo.
I
am
willing
to
pay
for
service
I
received,
but
what
I
received
does
not
justify
the
cost.
I
would
agree
that
the
staff
there
are
in
general
polite.
But
this
does
not
imply
that
they
can
charge
patients
for
action
they
did
not
carried
out.
Personally
I
will
never
come
to
this
clinic
again.
