One of the best spa and wellness Center in Istanbul. It is located within Novotel hotel. They pool is warm, the lighting was great and the massage options were good. Esp the 30’min classic and 30 min Hammam was the best experience the traditional Turkish bath. You should experience it if you are in Istanbul.

I found this place via Google maps after reading the positive reviews i decided to give it a go . The reservation was super easy . I went with the full spa package which includes 40min sea salt Cleopatra hamam treatment + 50min traditional baliness oil massage and a full access to pool , sauna and steam room and let me tell you it was one of the best spa experiences i had in my life . The staff at the spa reception was super friendly and helpful. My therapist was excellent at her job and professional she knew exactly what i needed . The spa facilities was super clean and relaxing . Definitely recommend and everyone must give it a try. Thank you Qualia team at Novotel for the best day in my Istanbul trip . 👍👍👍

TLDR: The facilities and therapists are top notch. I’d recommend it. I got the clay hamam treatment done here. It was a rejuvenating journey that not only relaxed my body but also restored my spirit. I left feeling utterly refreshed and pampered. The booking was made easy as the person in-charge was very responsive on the chat. He also explained all the treatments to pick the right one. The therapist was very patient and provided a great first time hamam experience!

We booked this because of the reviews and proximity to the cruise port as we had a very quick stop in Galataport Istanbul. We were taken care of from start to finish, this place is absolutely stunning. It’s super clean and the hamam and Massages were out of this world. We were made to feel like VIPs. An amazing experience at this spa. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The masseuses were amazing - we did a couples massage and it was so good ! Great experience at the spa. 30 minutes hammam and 50 minutes massage have left us relaxed and rejuvenated. Also the staff were so helpful and remembered from booking my appointment that I had my arm in a sling and took additional care of me. Fab experience. Called last minute and they were able to fit us in for 2 x 70 minute massages. Lovely welcome, excellent massage (both Balinese ladies) and great price! Unfortunately we had not brought our swimwear with us to Istanbul but they had luxurious spa facilities too to enjoy. Highly recommend. Located at Galanport (a must see area of Istanbul).

We booked reflexology and traditional hamam and chilled in the spa for a few hours. Very accommodating, friendly and professional staff. Very clean. Little touches like tea and cold water were greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

The therapist was excellent. But the venue loses two stars because: 1. I was not offered a shower, not before nor after, which is not ideal for a massage and weird considering the high price ask. 2. The room was a bit hot and the music was barely audible, so I didn't get in the mood

We had a great experience at Qualia. The quality of their services was very high quality. They accommodated all our needs and even gave us the VIP room. The assistant manager Mehmet was very attentive and helpful with everything. The masseuses were also very skillful and professional. Overall a great experience and definitely recommend!
