Must avoid at all cost. We were fooled by reviews and made an effort to visit. The inside was run down. They charge for rice. Naan was not a Naan. Butter chicken tastes horrible so did not finish. This is the best and most authentic Indian food I have ever had.... ANYWHERE, including India! I went to this restaurant everyday for one week straight and tried a few of their dishes (and repeated some of my favorites like Baingan bharta and Lamb biryani). Each and every dish was spot on. The people working there are the nicest I've ever met. Definitely THE spot for tastiest and most authentic Indian food in Istanbul with great atmosphere and cheerful people. Thanks everyone!

It was the worst food we took in Gerome. First of all, we went to dine in but as it was 10.00 pm they told us to take away the food but they asked for good review in the restaurant just after our order before trying the food at all. They offered two lime soda and said that the food will be best in Gerome. After trying the food I am here giving the honest review as I know how online reviews are important for tourists like us. The panner lababdar was too oily that we had to discard all the gravy in the bin after eating the panner only. The veg biriyani was worst. There was no smell or taste of biriyani at all and they added mint leaves in the biriyani which was very bad combination to me. I got one metal wire inside the raita (photo attached) and unfortunately I discovered that after swallowing a part of the wire with the salad raita. I will recommend NOT to buy any food from this restaurant.
