I had been in many countries to many restaurants, at Arca it’s completely different experience, from the elevator door to the table with amazing view of Istanbul, many politely welcomes, waiters very professional and the food is out of this world, I had the chef special steak, salad and desert and 100% top. Well done guys and special thank you to the manager Mr. Murat.

This very atmospheric restaurant has wonderful food at surprisingly reasonable prices. If you sit outside on the balcony because it is on the 10th floor of the Movenpick Golden Horn Hotel you will have an incredible view. Highly recommended!!

The restaurant is astonishing. The manager was very welcome and knowledge. He was so flexible and made us a meal as our flight was delayed. Fatih served us and he was so sweet. Overall a perfect first night in Istanbul. The food was so fresh and delightful I enjoyed every single bite and the Turkish tea, this is what I imagined Istanbul to be like and they exceeded my expectation. The food was amazing! Murat, the owner, was so helpful and hospitable, and our server Osman made such good recommendations. We ate in the beautiful dining room our first night in Istanbul, and came back the next evening and enjoyed eating on the balcony. We had two fantastic meals here. We had really no idea what to order so Murat the manager and Osman our waiter came up with a variety of appetizers and main courses that were fabulous. They were very attentive and friendly. We have never been better cared for in a restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and prices were reasonable. My only regret was that we didn’t have the opportunity to eat here again.
