Worse experience ever! Some of the staff are better than others. They are pushy to sell you products but don’t care about answering your questions or concerns. There isn’t any doctor at the facility. All of the hospital staff are technicians that are trained to perform procedures of hair transplants and such. None of the technicians wear a name tag and they don’t introduce themselves. Guys, don’t fall for the marketing videos. Most of these people are either their employees or people that did the operation for FREE. Also, I recommend you do thorough research and go to a private hospital. Please don’t take the risks of doing big procedures like Hollywood smiles or fat reduction surgeries. You will be thousands of mile away and you can’t fix or treat your future concerns.

I have been thinking for quite a while to get hair transplant and done my research on the subject but didn’t have the guts to go with it because of the mixed opinions I have heard and read on the results etc.. Until recently, I started thinking seriously about it and contacted few clinics in Istanbul to get an idea of the procedure and how much it cost. Out of few clinics I contacted Turkeyana was the quickest to reply and answer all my questions. The facilitator Mr Emad was very informative and assuring and did his best to answer all my concerns. He gave me a fair estimation price for the procedure, hotel and transportation service as a complete package. He helped with all information about travelling to Turkey and what to expect once I get there, and I can only say he made the whole journey very comfortable for me and my wife from the day we arrived in Istanbul until the moment I was dropped off to the Airport. Everything in between was well organised and professional, the consultation appointment, the operation and the recovery informations and aftercare. The consultation appointment with Dr Dayy (sorry if I misspelt your name), I felt at ease at the meeting, he explained what I needed to get the best result and how many grafts needed for the procedure to be successful, he walked me through every step and what to expect. The translator Mr Hussam did a very good helping me communicating my concerns with the Dr and I was happy to go forward. Throughout the operation I had many translators present with us at the operation room to help me communicate with the Drs and make the procedure as comfortable as possible. Thank you to Mr Abdul Aziz, Mr Arsalan among other translators I forget their names. Special thanks to Dr Feryal and Dr Omar for the care they gave me during the 18 hours hair transplant procedure (two operations was carried out on me). Also thanks to all drivers for picking us up from airport and transport us to appointments to and from the clinic (especially Ali Osman who dropped us to the Airport on our last day). The photos above show after the operation and the last two photos show 10 days later. I am still recovering and will post more photos to show the full results. I gave Turkeyana 5 stars as I am very pleased with their service, happy with the doctors and all staff that worked at the clinic. As for the hair transplant result, only time will show how successful it went 😉

I had a terrible experience with Turkeyana. I have never seen more liar people than those who work there. First, the price they offer is something, and when you go there you would find a lot of hidden fees that you wouldn't expect. Second, the treatment before the surgery is super nice and after you pay is completely the opposite. Third, they great result you see on their sites are rare and the majority of the people that I know personally were not satisfied. Fourth, it is almost impossible to talk to doctors; they leave you with talkative non-specialist workers. I have very long list of criticism that I still haven't mentioned, but if you're looking for good results for hair transplantation, you might need to find another location.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Turkeyana hair transplant clinic that turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The entire experience was a colossal disappointment, and I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with the results and the overall service provided by this so-called "clinic." First and foremost, the staff at the clinic were incredibly unprofessional and lacking in expertise. From the moment I stepped foot into the clinic, it was clear that they had no clue what they were doing. The receptionist was rude and dismissive, showing no empathy towards my concerns or questions. It was as if they were only interested in making a quick buck rather than genuinely helping their patients. As for the procedure itself, it was an absolute disaster. The surgeon who performed the hair transplant seemed inexperienced and ill-prepared. The whole process was rushed, with no attention to detail or precision. It felt like a factory assembly line rather than a personalized treatment. I was left in excruciating pain throughout the procedure, which made me question the competence of the surgeon and the overall quality of the clinic. To make matters worse, the results of the hair transplant were far from satisfactory. Instead of a natural-looking hairline, I was left with an obvious and unsightly patchwork of transplanted hair. The grafts were poorly placed, resulting in an uneven and unnatural appearance. It's disheartening to see the money and time I invested go to waste on such subpar work. Furthermore, the aftercare provided by the clinic was practically non-existent. When I reached out to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the results, they were unresponsive and uninterested in rectifying the situation. It's clear that they were more interested in taking my money than ensuring my satisfaction as a patient. Given my horrendous experience at this hair transplant clinic, I would strongly advise anyone considering hair restoration procedures to steer clear of this particular establishment. The lack of professionalism, expertise, and care exhibited by the staff, combined with the subpar results and the absence of proper aftercare, make it abundantly clear that this clinic is not worthy of your time, money, or trust. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and look for a reputable and reliable clinic elsewhere.

I just did the hair transplant procedure 10 days ago. They did amazing job from all aspects, they contacted me before I traveled and greeted me at the airport. At the clinic I was greeted by a doctor who is part of the team and did the surgery recently, his results are amazing! For anyone considering this clinic for any procedures i want to share with you my moms experience there. My mom was a completely healthy mother in her Before i get into details about our experience let me just say this clinic is the most negligent, unprofessional, under staffed and incompetent clinic i have EVER seen. The lack of professionalism and hospitality we experienced was devastating and is something i would have never thought could happen to anyone. Before going to turkey we were given a price over the phone on how much the procedures would cost, and then surprisingly after a 14 hour flight we were given a much higher cost but we made the horrible decision to move forward with the procedures. When my mom went in to have the operation i was told it would take 5 hours but she wasn’t out until after 8 hours. Anyone with common sense would know that she needs to be monitored 24/7 because general anesthesia has a very high risk especially with the amount of procedures she was having. Surprisingly she was not being monitored or even checked on after her surgery. The day after her surgery she tried getting up to walk round as the doctor told her she would need to, she suddenly started to run out of breath and experience chest pain so i told her to sit down and take deep breaths, but one of the nurses forced her to continue walking until she started to turned yellow and i had to forcefully remove the nurse’s hands off my mother and had them put her on oxygen. After about half an hour of begging, yelling and crying for a doctor to check her, the doctor finally decided to come see her and said that she was having a panic attack (which she was not) and i tried telling him multiple times that it was more than that but he was too ignorant and cocky to admit to it, but they agreed to do a CT scan and EKG so that i would stop making a scene. While they were doing the scans my mom’s doctor back in California informed us with 100% certainty that she had a deep vein thrombosis and since they didn’t catch it she now has a pulmonary embolism. After having knowledge of that i politely informed the nurses and doctors of my mothers doctors observation and they refused to give her the medication even though it would only make things better.

I contacted Hamza through a friend of mine who had used Turkeyana clinic for cosmetic work. Hamza provided me with all the necessary details I needed for my treatment (Dentist Crown/Veneers). Because of the lockdown and travel restrictions it was difficult in the beginning to commit for the appointment but Hamza ensured to me that as soon as the travel restrictions are lifted, the price quoted to me a month prior will not change. Which in itself was a relief. Upon arrival at the clinic everything was smooth. The dentist who was with me stayed with me throughout. The clinic was itself very bust at times but Dr Omer was very professional and took his time to ensure that I am comfortable. I would highly recommend Turkeyaya clinic to anyone who is thinking of getting dental crowns/veneers because the experience I had was definitely worth the smile I have right now!

The two stars are to be fair for the partial good treatment I received. I had a surgery done there with Dr Hassan Tuna, initially I liked the professionalism from the Dr and the staff and the communication. However once all is done the healing process began, I ran to some serious issues with my surgery, I tried for several weeks to reach my doctor, with no success. The communication with the facilitator was horrible, telling THE DOCTOR HAS BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN TO CHAT WITH PAST PATIENTS, HE HAS CURRENT PATIENTS. I tried reaching the quality department. After several back and forth pleading and frustrations they said they will ASK THE DOCTOR FOR ME, but STILL can't reach the doctor, HOWEVER NEITHER HAPPENED. Three months later, my condition is getting worse and no answer from my doctor. I even sent him a DM on Instagram which he posts daily to, Yet to receive any reply. Add to that after certain hours you will NOT find anyone who speaks English in the hospital, so good luck if you had to be admitted over night and needed something or an Emergency happened . Now I have to find a doctor here who will accept to see me after having this done overseas. So disappointed in everyone there.

Turkeyana is incredible. I am two weeks post op currently and everything is going well so far. Usually when I do reviews I like to be honest about all aspects of a service. Even one minor occurrence will result in a 4 star, however Turkeyana did not have that. The facility was very very clean and aesthetically pleasing. They even had a cafe with free coffee snacks and seating which was great. The transportation was 5 STARS. I booked an Airbnb a bit further away because of the size of my family which did travel with me, and yet the Turkeyana transportation team was always on time. The vehicles were clean and the staff very friendly. The medical team was superb. They could answer any questions regarding the procedure and post-op care. The team is well trained, and constantly make sure you are comfortable and okay during the entire procedure. If you are in pain, speak up, and they will accommodate. Make sure you receive a proper consultation as well prior to going Turkeyana, especially if you are flying in from another country. Last of all, Istanbul is a beautiful city and turkeyana allows you to explore it right after. Turkeyana provides all the post op care from shampoos to a repair foam, a sleeping pillow, and a light-fitting hat so you can still explore and enjoy the city while there.
