One of the worst experience I have done regarding massage. Lasted 2h30 instead of 1h30 for a formula including Turkish bath, massage, drinks and mask. What happened ? When I arrived I was told that no female masseuse was available and if having a male was not a problem. I accepted because it really doesn’t matter to me. First the Turkish bath was ok (I think ?)since it was my first experience I can’t really compare. BUT I have way more expensive on massage (after waiting for a long time) and I can say that the person has never done a massage before. He told me he was a beginner (which I doubt) but I felt that he has not technique and no power from his hands and fingers. He used way to much oil/cream. He also hurts me when I ask to use a little bit of power (using elbows or his arms I don’t know). I asked to stop and change for someone else. I then received a massage (after waiting) from a REAL masseuse which was very good actually. This review is not on the quality of the SPA itself because I have seen very skillful masseuse there, people very still kind BUT honesty is very important with your clients. If nobody was available at that moment just ask to your client for rescheduling, waiting or even cancelling but don’t try to give this kind of services thinking « ah maybe it will be ok because he doesn’t know anything about massages », especially when it is that expensive. Had a most wonderfull experience here. Very beautifull and quiet establishment. Good to escape the hectic city. Skilled and extremely kind service. Reasonable prices for Hamam and massages. Also with pool and Sauna, wich are so great after Hamam treatment. Was my very first Hamam and must say, haven't felt so relaxed and clean in a long while. Definitely a must when visiting Istanbul. I strongly reccomend this place to anyone.

The staff here are highly courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this spa. You can relax and really take your time enjoying the Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, etc before the massage, which was one of the best I've had in Turkey. Very clean, big, and peaceful facilities. 💯👌🏻 I had full face cleaning procedure with Dr.Cimen in QualiaExclusive Spa Sisli, and it contained piling, steaming process, vacuum cleaning of black spots, acid masque and other steps with high professionalism and attention to my type of skin. Got recommendations for better care and even doctor changed my mind to not make the lazer operation i was going to make this month- she said i will need to keep the balance and care, but skin is good enough to not make hard procedures on it. I am very glad to find Dr. Cimen as Aesthetician and will come for more homest and professional care to my face skin. Recommended🥰 ! That was an amazing hot stone massage that I highly recommend thay and foam turkish hammam, the only problem was a long wait in sauna, 20-30 min at the beginning of session. They were professonal and polite and their place was clean and tidy, however their price was higher than some other massage spa centres that I find.
