This review is a required step, and we were strongly urged to submit it today. The dentists are skilled, professional, and meticulous, and the facilities are clean with friendly staff. For patients undergoing major procedures, I strongly recommend visiting in person beforehand to discuss expectations, professional recommendations, viable options, and the associated costs with the dentists (via translators). The treatment we chose ended up being double the initial estimate after a more thorough evaluation by the dentists themselves. If you plan to turn this into a holiday, be mindful that you might not know your next day's appointment until the evening before. We will return in three months to complete the process and will update the review at that time.

Was initially skeptical, however after the flight ... as soon as I arrived in Istanbul and people where there for me before the taxi came. I knew it was not a scam. They were amazing. Professional, the photos of the clinic and the equipment are very accurate. Transport and hotel all a part of the price. Always felt comfortable in the environment and the team and translators are very professional. Despite a little worry part way through treatment, the team guaranteed that the work I came for would be complete... and it was very much so. With other treatment on top that I asked for. Your best coming in and getting a lot of little extras complete. Saves thousands compared to the UK. Literally. Thank You Dentakey for making dentistry an art. Dt. Güzin Geroğlu Yilmaz is a godsend! She did an amazing job within my first visit and was always very kind and understanding. I did have fobia of dentists, but she and her crew made me sit still on examinations, and made sure i am not feeling any pain. Sadiya was very kind and helpful as my consultant and interpreter within the clinic. Overall the whole staff speaks english, there are russian, german and french speaking interpreters as well and everyone is well aware of how to handle difficult patients and how to keep them calm. A bit weird that they do ask you to write a review straight after your procedure done before handing you the documents you shall be given of what was done.. however it might be a bigger thing in Turkey. I will edit my review and add my whole experience after my 2nd visit in 4-6months but so far i have nothing wrong, back in the UK for healing after 14 extractions, 10root canals, 4 implants on my lower jaw, bone grafting and the fitting of 19 zirconia crowns (i could choose of 8 different shapes and have decided to leave the design/shapes of the teeth to the professionals and they did not dissappoint) . It was done by 3 different very competent doctors with their assistants so a whole bunch of people cared about me, including an aenestesiologist to sedate me for the 7hours surgery i had for the major procedures.i will have to be back in few months for the fitting of my teeth on the implants. Everything is exactly as you see in the videos on social media. And they always respond to any queries within maximum a day. Cant wait to be back to finish the whole treatment, but im already a different person! And finally need to learn not to hide behind my palm when laughing :)

From the pick up from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to Dentakay I have been very impressed. The Dentakay clinic is clean and modern and all the staff are really friendly and show honest compassion and care. The treatment itself was painless and I was informed every step of the way during and after treatments. Good clinic with a good approach to the patient. They meet you from the airport and escort during all stay in Istanbul (of course all the movements you must pay). The tip -you may ask planning department what clinic going to be and find hotel nearby by yourself or offered by them. They offered hotels with a good price. General appearance is good but there is some lack of communication between managers and planning department. You must read their messages in WhatsApp very carefully, because a lot of mistakes. Thanks for apprentice Jasmine. She is very friendly and helped to solve some misunderstandings.

It was a good experience. There were translators available just in case. The doctor I met in London was in the clinic in Istanbul that made me feel comfortable. I was happy to be offered the sedation to be put to sleep as that made it easier for me to go through the process. I’m happy with my new smile.

I had my implants completed with Dentakay who initiated the work. I never thought I would be speaking about a pleasant dental experience but, it was. The staff was kind and the doctor's were patient. The clinic is also very beautiful. I have been to two of their locations and both were top notch!

I came with my partner to Dentakay in Istanbul to have his teeth done. We have had a bit of bumps on the road but who doesn’t? However, we were introduced to a translator who speaks English and would be there for anything or any questions we needed. She always had a smile on her and never got tired of the constant questions. Amazing customer service by her.I had so many questions as a partner and everything I had asked her she was quick to find it out for me and very attentive to what we needed. As my partner was very nervous travelling back with no medical consultant side by side, she had prepared all prescriptions, any extra medication and massive reassurance for him and for myself. I’m not someone who would normally take time to leave a review on a company but I feel I must, right now I’m in Istanbul at Dentakay, when you look at these Ads you think to yourself this sound scripted and I bet they are not that good as the claim because of the price, WELL, let me first start with the staff. From the driver that picks you up from the airport to the receptionist to the surgeon were all amazing and I truly mean that. The whole operation is run like a well oiled machine but at no point do you ever feel rushed or insignificant they explain your procedure to you in such a way that any nerves you may of had quickly melt away.. I saw more smile there than at a comedy show. You know they are good when you wished you worked there, all joking aside, Dentakay will change, how you feel about yourself which in turn changes your life. Don’t waste time you deserve it.
