Easy to navigate, the staff speaks English and they are very helpful. İDO from Yenikapi is a very easy and fast way to go to Yalova and Bursa from European side of Istanbul.

Not a good experience about prices... Online it shows less but on counter they are asking More... Even staff is rude when I ask about this price difference. Young staff is more cooperative then the older staff

Very good for traveling

IDO is a great option for traveling between Istanbul and other areas like Bursa and Yalova, it is convenient.

Ido is a very fast ferris company, you always arrive on time, sometimes due to weather they cancel some trips. The trips starts on week day at 5:45 am and on holiday at 7:45. you can book in their center or online you can also refund your mony and it works through the first hour of booking online, however it is so much better than going by a bus, you can go through cities in turkey faster. I recommend this experience.

Good enough. The place have some restaurants and gift shops. Bathroom are somewhat clean but take 4 lira to enter. The machine sometimes don't accept some liras so make sure you have more than 4 liras just in case. Also, make sure to enter right after you pay the fourth lira since it will get locked if you wait a bit and you don'tget the money back. You can tell I'm only giving 3 stars because of the Bathroom experience 😀 but it's actually not bad
