😐 Reception staff are rude and stressed. Don’t wear their masks. If I’m paying $80 I expect some semblance of pleasant service but I seemed like an inconvenience to reception. Docs seem good though. Pathology on site is handy but can just mean a second wait that is unwarranted in some situations.

😠 Disorganisation at its best!! They set appointments in 10 minutes gaps and of course the doctors are all running behind, but no one bothers to inform you, and you end up waiting for an hour even though you did the right thing and booked the appointment in advance!! No sympathy and no consideration....
