😠 Un-Happy Hour! Worst service in Bolivia, yet! The food wasn't bad. But we ordered 2 Happy Hour Milanesas plates and the bill came FULL PRICE?! It was explained the waitress ordered incorrectly. And I owed the FULL PRICE? I said, NO. Their error had nothing to do with my order of 2 Happy Hour Milanes...
