However...after her first visit to this ER my mother loves it..she feels safe and well taken care of...

😠 Staff are rude, disrespectful and dismissive to people of color. I watched them interact with people for over an hour and the difference in the interactions was glaringly obvious. Very sad to still see this type of discrimination in 2023 but not surprising.
