Oakville Tannery Park Public Beach
Park
๐ Its beautiful view and very peaceful place
If you looking for going to the lighthouse or renting a boat or kayak, then go to the other side of the lake. You can park your car on this side and then cross the bridge and walk to the other side but it will be around one mile walk .

๐ Trees are beautiful and tall, and it is not a long walk but lots branches for you to discover. The trail is interesting. Need to watch out the mountain bikes. There is a water treatment plant which probably got smells. In general, it is a nice trail.

Donovan Bailey Park
Park
๐๐ This is more of a sort of unpaved grassy path with trees that was supposed to have been a road in the original city plans than a big park that you might expect. Nevertheless it is well maintained and a nice walk. The path is kept tidy by the city and the trees well cared for.

๐ Nice playground. Geared more for younger kids, much more play structures for them.
Some for older but 75% is under 6yrs old.
Even splash pad is more younger focused. Most of the items spin. No waterfall dunking.
Nic sandbox area too, however lots of wood chips from other areas.
Great for parents...
