👍👍 The staff are absolutely the best. They answer your questions. Ken does a phenomenal job when it comes to servicing or repairing sewing machines, sergers. I highly recommend you visit their shop. I have been a customer since 1983.

🫤 Customer service is non existent and staff are unwelcoming. I felt judged and dismissed by the older women at the cash desk. It's always the same women too. No one would help me, again...so yet again, I left empty handed. Won't be back. Too bad, because the store itself is lovely.
