👍👍 One of my favourite shopping places for tools and hardware in Ottawa. Friendly and willing to help staff, clean and well-organized store, great sales and easy to return purchased items.

😠 incompetent and rude customer service in kanata location. staff unable to resolve online order, which apparently went "missing". cannot even lookup another store's location. headoffice: your online ordering system doesnt work if order is to be picked up at location without current inventory-defeats...

🫤 Disappointed with the lumber quality delivered. Basically 2nds.... Most of it unuseable. They will exchange but it's on my dime, not theirs.... Decent store in person, but make sure you hand pick everything you want or they'll send you the garbage they can't sell

🫤 Friday evening, 1 poor soul handling the whole store. No one else on the floor for Customer assistance that actually wanted to help. Cashier gentleman handled all that he could and did not get frazzled. His colleagues were useless. Having said that, this store is huge. So much to offer, and a few go...
