😠 The rudest personnel. Nobody was at the cash desk so I had to wait. And the shop assistant said I HAD to tell them I'm coming for order pickup at the entrance while they were chitchatting. Also he told me I cannot return the order the same day I picked it up - never heard of such ridiculous rule!
