😠 Undercooked, and totally soaked in blue cheese sauce (note: not real blue cheese but a blue cheese sauce) and hence it was impossible to eat, extremely soggy. Bun turned red. Yuck!
My recommendation is if you like gourmet burgers (which I normally do!) then make sure you ask for medium or well done...
