😠 We arrived at the hotel at 13:00 - there’s no one in the reception. Its a joke! You need to wait until 15:00 to get any service. At 15:00 we checked in, entering the room which looks nice, and finding out that there’s no AC! They didn’t think that guests need AC in a place that has 35c in the summer...
