😐 I was very disappointed when, having saved my vignettes, I was told I could not get any of the special offer bedding that was supposed to be on offer till end April. The reason was "rupture du service". But there was no alternative or no recognition of the lack of commitment to the customers.

😠 Produits périmés ou à la limite de la péremption pour la 2 ème fois consécutive. Légumes couvert de moisissure, aussitôt acheter aussitôt jeter en arrivant chez soi. De pire en pire. Client depuis toujours, je me tournerais désormais vers d'autres enseignes.

👍👍 Superbe magasin, les rayons sont propres et bien rangés. On trouve de tout avec des prix raisonnables. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel, ils connaissent leurs produits pour mieux renseigner leurs clients. Je recommande les yeux fermés 👍

🫤 Overpriced and unpleasant shopping experience.

🫤 Compared to other monoprix stores I have been in this one is a mess. To small to have much and what they do carry is out of stock quite a bit. Needs to improve. Will start using Carrefour City more.
