😠 Customer service not at all up to par. After two calls a week apart, still no news from the service concerned (quote for a part on my CLA). It's a shame to see that a "prenium" brand doesn't take the time to remind customers who have trusted it when buying a vehicle from their range.

😠 Very cold reception from the workshop manager in this Honda Quimper dealership, 141 euros for a DPF cleaning of my Honda Civic which led to nothing and there a proposal of 4000 euros without explanation for a replacement. Yes sometimes it can work! I put one star since you can't put less.

😠 Le vendeur vous fera "risette" en vous promettant que tout est garanti jusqu'au moment ou vous l'aurez payé et qu'il n'en aura plus rien à faire de vous. Je n'aurai eu que des soucis très coûteux avec ce véhicule passé pourtant haut la main au contrôle technique. Je n'achèterai plus jamais là-bas.
