👍 Super shallow beach, almost no waves most days. Parking in the summer can be challenging as it is quite limited.

👍👍 Family beach. While Almanarre on the western side is windy, rough and not always pleasant for swimming, this is the exact opposite, not only geographically. The water is unusually calm, shallow and warm, making it a great place with small kids.

👍👍 The route is very pleasant, I was able to see many birds (Pink Flamingos, Egrets, Black-headed Gulls...), and got lots of very interesting information from someone from the LPO present that day. I plan to go back there at another time of the year, to take new photos!

👍👍 Nice vantage point to look at the rooftops of old Hyères. Only the last flight of stairs is narrow and steep, but with good handrails.

👍👍 Magnifique petite plage située en contrebas du fort de l’Alycastre. Vous vous y trouverez tranquille hors saison. Beaucoup moins peuplée que la plage de notre dame. Difficile d’accès pour les personnes ayant du mal à marcher, et pour les cyclistes peu expérimentés.
