😠 Disappointed very disappointed. First good experience: the croissants at the top. So I go back several times during my stay in La Rochelle. And last day before my departure, I take an almond bread and what a disappointment. This one is completely burnt (see photo) so inedible!

👍👍 Crispy bread and pastries, as desired. Pastry, it's simple every time I fall for it on the way home! This bakery and pastry is my (MADELEINE DE PROUST!) Everything is homemade. The love of profession, which the whole team at the back of the store has, sweats in this place..🤩😋👍

😠 The pastries may look fantastic and taste delicious. But having a nice cappuccino is impossible. We entered an empty restaurant where we could not sit at the table we liked. Then ordered cappuccino’s and recieved café au lait. Left it untouched paying a ridiculous 5,90 per coffee.
