👍 I love this bakery. There is an extraordinary choice of bread. And good pastries which, in my opinion, could be even better. The amount of sugar could be reduced. Today everything is too salty... Too sweet... Too fatty. My favorite pastry is flan. Yours is delicious but it would be perfect with less...

👍👍 This is Perigueux's finest Boulangerie et Patisserie. I tried so many others, but Le Fournil de la Cite IS THE VERY BEST. They offer a wide selection of fresh products, in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Au Fournil makes a very nice "change of pace" Midi location as well (quiche, pizza, sandwiches)...

👍👍 Great pastry, we enjoyed it for my daughter's communion. From the fresh fruit to the chocolate cake and of course the cream puffs, everything was perfect, well done and thank you to the pastry chef.

👍👍 Bakery Pastry shop of great local reputation (which seems to ignore Google reviews because it doesn't need that). In 2023, the Boulangerie won the competition for the best Bakery in France on M6. I recommend the raisin and nut bread! Good pastries. Good hot chocolate. I haven't tried the pastries.

👍👍 We were in Periguex for 3 days luckily discovered this bread ( and coffee) shop near our accomodation. Delicious breads and pretzels! We went there everyday for the crispy-outside and soft-inside nutty bread. The cappuccino and bread was our breakfast. We bought a loaf to takeaway on our journey.
