🫤 The store is well located and the sellers quite welcoming. Unfortunately I asked for advice on a dryer and the seller did not know much. I think we need sales advisers who are better informed about the products so that we can decide to buy them.

👍 Nice book and electronics chain shop at Champs Elysees. Good range of mobile phones, laptops, TVs, toys etc. It is probably best for books and certainly comics. Expect crowds due to the central location.

👍👍 Très bon magasin Cultura, pas très grand mais qui dépanne grandement. On y trouve pas mal de choix pour une surface réduite. Ne pas hésiter à réserver pour retrait direct c'est bien pratique

😠 Je les appelle par téléphone on décroche rapidement mais me font attendre car il y a d’autres clients en boutique je patiente 3 minutes pour me faire raccrocher au nez. Je rappelle et plus personne ne décroche. Pas très sympa surtout que j’avais une question qui aurait mis 15 secondes à me répondre…

😠 Pathetic service when we buy product and even when we keep for service. Staff faces, looks like they lost there job. Came to pick up my trottinette and make me to wait at Service après vente for half hrs…

😠 Embarrassing quality of service. No one speaks a single word of a language different French. We went there to solve a problem, they made it worse pretending it was my fault.

😠 Don’t by Apple device from them! If there is problems with the device you can go for endless repairs! Without results during warranty period! So far I have gone 3 times and have no phone since 2 months

😠 I recommend the foreigners to never go there. I was walking around there like 20/25 minutes. Nobody even asking me what I am looking for then I got someone who sent me to other person but nothing special. The other guy does not respond carefully he is busy with others. Really shocked. Not so welcomi...

😠 45 minutes de trajet pour me rendre compte que le magasin est fermé sur place… car pas mentionner sur votre page .. pour rénovation… En quelques clics, vous pouviez l’afficher sur la page Google, ça aurait évité une perte de temps pour les gens
