😠 Franchement c’est abusé le manque de respect de basic fit vis-à-vis des clients. Ils annoncent que la salle sera ouverte le 31/10, les inscriptions ont été faites et le jour J la salle est toujours fermée ! Aucune communication faite au client pour des excuses ou pour donner la raison du non engage...

👍 Finally I revise my 1 star because the room has improved the head of the reception is much more friendly and smiling than before, however, only criticizes not enough room to undress and there are only 3 showers in affluence otherwise airy and spacious room.
