She sells me curls with a bad finish (one is damaged) but the next day when I bring her back to show her and change them for curls in good condition, it's supposedly my fault .....

😠 A ring bought in store 159.9e on 12/19/18. Brought to the same store for sizing the next day; Surprise! There is a charge for sizing (€15) + €5 postage to collect it within 3 working days. Ring received on 12/27/18, 5 working days later. Shipping costs not refunded of course...

😠 Prestation laisse à désiré même pas la montre nettoyer mauvaise logistique faut mieux passer par seiko en direct. Personnel pas aimable ne font pas confiance au sms envoyer enseigne à ne pas recommander finalement ma montre est de nouveau chez vous et va partir chez SEIKO JE LA RÉCUPÈRE DANS 2 mois...
