😠 Unsanitary waiting room, endless waiting time when we are 3 parents waiting in this famous room. when I gave up for my daughter's ears, I had to ring the bell to be able to leave there were 6 caregivers to discuss behind a computer on the other side of the door. Unworthy of our care system.
