👍👍 Reinstated my belief in the quality and pleasure of french cooking. To find a chef of this ability was shere joy. Even my wife who is a chef was at a loss for words. Just try the courgette flower starter to understand the flavours he generates. Cost 110 euros for 2 - but worth every cent!
