😠 Since my mother died unexpectedly a few days before my trip, I asked Alltours to postpone the trip by a month and rebook it. Unfortunately this was impossible and instead they demanded 75% cancellation fees from me, i.e. almost €6,000! Such behavior is absolutely immoral, simply disgusting! Alltours...
